- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
- Day 2: Fly to Lukla, trek to Chutanga
- Day 3: Cross Zatrwa La to Kothe
- Day 4: Kothe to Thangnak
- Day 5: Thangnak to Khare
- Day 6: Acclimatisation at Khare
- Day 7: Khare to Mera La (base camp)
- Day 8: Acclimatisation / rest at Mera La
- Day 9: Summit Mera Peak (6,461m)
- Day 10: Reserve day
- Day 11–18: Return via Thangnak, Kothe, Lukla to Kathmandu
Day 1–2: Kathmandu to Lukla and Chutanga
Arrival, briefing, fly to Lukla and trek to Chutanga. Remote approach via the Hinku Valley.
Day 3–5: Zatrwa La to Khare
Cross Zatrwa La pass to Kothe, then Thangnak and Khare. Steady acclimatisation as you gain altitude.
Day 6–9: Mera La and summit
Rest day at Khare, then move to Mera La (base camp). Pre-dawn summit push for Mera Peak (6,461m) with spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and more. Return to Khare.
Day 10–18: Descent and return
Reserve day for weather. Retrace route to Lukla and fly to Kathmandu.
