Lobuche East is a step-up in technical difficulty. Expect steeper terrain and fixed lines - a rewarding objective for climbers who want a more "alpine" summit experience in the Everest region.

- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
- Day 2: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding
- Day 3–4: Namche Bazaar, acclimatisation
- Day 5–7: Tengboche, Dingboche, rest day
- Day 8: Lobuche
- Day 9: Lobuche East Base Camp
- Day 10: High camp
- Day 11: Summit Lobuche East (6,119m)
- Day 12: Reserve day
- Day 13–17: Return to Lukla, fly to Kathmandu
Day 1–4: Kathmandu to Namche
Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding and Namche Bazaar. Acclimatisation day in Namche with optional Syangboche walk.
Day 5–9: To Lobuche East Base Camp
Trek via Tengboche and Dingboche to Lobuche, then to Lobuche East Base Camp and high camp. Steeper terrain and fixed lines on the route.
Day 10–11: Summit and reserve
Pre-dawn summit push on Lobuche East (6,119m). Stunning views over the Khumbu Glacier. Return to base camp. Reserve day for weather.
Day 12–17: Descent to Lukla and Kathmandu
Retrace route to Lukla and fly to Kathmandu.
