- Day 1–2: Arrival in Kathmandu, preparation
- Day 3: Drive to Besisahar / Ngadi
- Day 4–9: Trek via Nar-Phu Valley to Himlung Base Camp
- Day 10–14: Acclimatisation, Camp 1 & 2, summit push (7,126m)
- Day 15–16: Reserve days
- Day 17–22: Return to Kathmandu
Day 1–2: Kathmandu
Arrival, briefing, gear check. Preparation for the expedition.
Day 3–9: Approach via Nar-Phu
Drive to Besisahar, trek through the stunning and culturally rich Nar-Phu Valley to Himlung Base Camp. Ideal first 7000m peak with manageable technical level.
Day 10–14: Summit
Establish Camp 1 and Camp 2. Summit push on Himlung (7,126m). Breathtaking views of Manaslu and Annapurna ranges.
Day 15–22: Reserve and return
Reserve days for weather. Descend to road and return to Kathmandu.
