- Day 1–2: Arrival in Kathmandu, preparation
- Day 3: Fly to Tumlingtar or drive to Hile
- Day 4–8: Trek to Baruntse Base Camp (Barun Valley)
- Day 9–12: Acclimatisation and load carries to Camp 1 & 2
- Day 13–16: Summit push Baruntse (7,129m)
- Day 17–18: Reserve days
- Day 19–24: Return to Kathmandu
Day 1–2: Kathmandu
Arrival, briefing, gear check, and preparation for the expedition.
Day 3–8: Approach to base camp
Fly to Tumlingtar or drive to Hile, then trek through the Barun Valley to Baruntse Base Camp. Remote approach with serious acclimatization built in.
Day 9–16: Acclimatisation and summit
Establish Camp 1 and Camp 2 with load carries. Summit push on Baruntse (7,129m) - true 7000m Himalayan experience with unforgettable ridge and summit scenery.
Day 17–24: Reserve and return
Reserve days for weather. Descend to road and return to Kathmandu.

Expedition climbing gear
- Harness, crampons, ice axe, helmet; B3 boots; ascender; prusik; carabiners; 8000m-rated down suit (if required); high-altitude gloves

- Base layers, fleece, down jacket, waterproofs, gaiters, warm hat, multiple gloves, wool socks

- Headlamp, sunglasses, sunscreen, first aid, water bottles, sleeping bag (-30°C), daypack, duffel; personal medications
