- Day 1–2: Arrival in Kathmandu, preparation
- Day 3: Drive to Pokhara / Beni
- Day 4–12: Trek to Annapurna I Base Camp (North Face)
- Day 13–25: Acclimatisation, Camp 1–4, rotations
- Day 26–40: Summit push Annapurna I (8,091m), reserve
- Day 41–55: Return to Kathmandu
Day 1–2: Kathmandu
Arrival, briefing, gear check. Preparation for one of the world's most demanding 8000m expeditions.
Day 3–12: Approach to base camp
Drive to Pokhara/Beni, trek to Annapurna I Base Camp on the North Face. First 8000m peak ever climbed (1950) - technical climbing on the classic route.
Day 13–40: Acclimatisation and summit
Establish Camp 1 through Camp 4 with rotations. Summit push on Annapurna I (8,091m) - tenth highest peak. Full support and logistics for a major Himalayan expedition. Reserve days for weather.
Day 41–55: Return
Descend to road and return to Kathmandu.

8000m expedition gear
- Harness, crampons, ice axe, helmet; B3 boots; 8000m down suit; ascender; prusik; carabiners; high-altitude gloves; oxygen mask (if personal)
